Description
Booking and Security Deposit. A check, made payable to The Congressional Club, or credit card payment representing a booking and security deposit of $750 shall be included by Lessee with booking Agreement. The Deposit is in addition to the Rental Fee and is required to confirm the Event Date. The Deposit shall be returned to Lessee following the Event less any amounts that Lessee may be liable to The Congressional Club for (such as for cancellation, compensation for damage, or overtime charges).
